I was very pleased with the work TriStar did on my bathroom remodel. Danny customized a saloon style door we wanted and made it work and look great. My project was done during COVID and I experienced some delay from TriStar as well as my contractor on other items. That’s something that was unfortunate but out of everyone’s control. Communication with TriStar was great and they responded whenever I messaged. I had a minor issue after my install which TriStar completely addressed to my satisfaction. That showed me that they will stand by the quality of their work and I would use them again on any future projects.

The response to my initial phone call was immediate, came out the same day for an estimate, i had a good feeling and hired on the spot. I was promised the product would come within 2 weeks and will be installed. The company stayed in touch and the installation was done as promised and it is exactly what I wanted.
