Just leased a new Blazer from Serra Chevrolet in Southfield Michigan. My sales professional David Samuels was very knowledgeable, honest and up front. He worked my deal smoothly. He did things other Chevy stores said they could not. Something as simple as track my in transit vehicle. Serra was great. Easy transaction. Seven years ago, I bought a 2016 Trax from your dealership. The service was great, and I have been very happy with my purchase. I came in last week to look at an Equinox and was greeted as I was exiting my car by Alexis. From our first introduction she provided excellent service. She listened to me, showed me the exact vehicle I thought I wanted, and offered great alternatives when I realized that my first choice wasn’t for me. I don’t know what it took on her end to make it happen, but the experience was seamless. I can’t thank her enough for the service and attention to detail through the entire process. Serra’s Service Dept is incredible. I am from Indianapolis, IN, have a 2016 Tahoe and was visiting the Detroit area when my transmission went out on a Sunday. All I could do was leave my Tahoe parked in a spot near another Chevy dealership in downtown Detroit with the key taped under it. We rented a car to get back to Indy that afternoon and on Monday I started calling dealerships in the area to see who could work on my vehicle. The transmission was still under warranty so I needed a certified Chevy dealer to work on it. All of the dealerships that I called were 3 to five weeks out. Serra was the only service dept that could run a diagnostics on my vehicle that week. I was able to get my car towed to Serra Chevrolet on Monday and they were able to repair my transmission in another three days after the diagnosis. All work was done under warranty and my vehicle is running well. Their service dept saved me a lot of expense and inconvenience. Scott Bruyere and his crew always kept me informed on the status of the work and were incredibly friendly when I drove up to pick my truck up. Thank you!
