Good morning, so far Evergreen Health is doing ok. On a suggestion note
1:Due to the pandemic, they should limit the hours to each visitor to a minimum.
2: Laundry crew should have a bag with Rm # on it separately.
3: PT should wipe down after each patient workout.
The receptionists are kind, &always smiling. The Ladies at the information desk are beautiful, kind, and not rude at all. They're doing their job. Socal Workers are very helpful giving information.
So, Thank you very much. People visit your love one's on a daily basis.

During my mother's stay she received the greatest care. The staff was courteous and kind. She enjoyed her stay and she was getting healthier at the same time. All of our experiences with evergreen have been great and the level of care to their patients was great, too.
