From the very beginning both of these gentlemen were extremely kind and caring and they kept reassuring us that the facility my niece was going to was a great place and that we had nothing to worry about! I cannot tell you how much that meant not only to my 16 year old niece but also to my sister and I because this was already a stressful transfer so it was good to hear so much positivity and upbeatness from these two amazing gentlemen!
