I'm like a moth to a flame to this place and if you ask any one of their members, I bet they would say the same. The gym, the owner, the coaches, all flow with the same energy, the same professionalism and the same desire to make you work harder for why you step through those doors everyday. Should I go on about the community that exists inside and outside of this space? What about the state of the art equipment or how every inch is cleaned morning, noon, and night so members feel clean and safe in the space they sweat? Foundry 13 ticks all my boxes. Period.”
