Armando is an absolute lifesaver! He helped me for 2 hours switching my phone number and carrier to my wife's family plan with AT&T. He also figured out how to take out apart the super hard case on my phone that caused me a great deal of trouble. The whole time Armando translated Spanish to English with my in-laws and overall it was an extremely pleasant interaction. 5 Stars for Armando!

They were so helpful and I appreciated Jared and Armando walking me through the process for an upgrade. I felt super comfortable (like they weren't just trying to upsell me) which is so important to me. Would definitely come here again and 10/10 would recommend.

I upgraded my phone few days ago and Jasper, the person who helped me from this McKee/N. Capitol location did a very good customer service. He was very patient with his customers, knowledgeable and helped me until everything was set up with my new device. I've been with at & t for many years and I can assure you that not every employee is as helpful as Jasper. Keep up the good work and look forward meeting you again next time.
