“I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! Will be back.”
