Linda exceeded my expectations and really delivered in both the haircut and perm, but also the customer service! When doing my hair she thought of different hairstyles I would have and made sure that the hair would look good in all styles, up or down. She thinks ahead in the process and you can tell that she's had a lot of experience, which she has. She's a really diligent worker that delivers both quality, timeliness, and price! Her studio is decorated with these beautiful paintings that were drawn by her too! I definitely plan on coming back! She also doesn't force conversation so it was comfortable just sitting in silence, but when we did have conversation she was a great conversationalist and a lot of fun! They always have a supervisor check hair before it is complete, and this was the first time the supervisor didn’t have to correct anything about my cut. I’ve been doing laser removal for a couple years now and I have been going to Rita ever since my very first treatment. She has made the first timer experience so comfortable and very informative. I have a low tolerance for pain but Rita’s new technology definitely makes me wanting to come back and eases my worries of coming back.
