“Vicki and Tavi are the kindest most hard working people I have ever seen at a health care facility. They treat every person as if they were family and make sure they feel loved and cared for. They take the time to get to know each patient and their families on a deeper level and welcome all into their home to spend time and make memories. We had the pleasure of calling them friend for years and are so thankful that they were the ones taking care of our sweet sweet Grandma. We could not have asked for a better experience and felt at peace knowing that her last days were spent with people who deeply cared about her. I would recommend them to anyone!”

“My daughter rec'd exceptional care after she was admitted. The pediatric nurses there were very kind and made up a bed so I was able to stay the night with my daughter. Dr. Mitsuay was very kind and approachable despite being very busy. Thanks for helping my daughter feel better and for being a class act. (To whomever was making breakfast during our stay, breakfast was restaurant quality. Very good! 😊)”

“Several years ago, Dr. Ayas helped provided me with a diagnosis and treatment plan for a GI condition. He was always very kind and genuinely interested in helping me feel comfortable/understand my treatments. When I turned 18, he offered to continue my treatment plan until I graduated college which was very helpful seeing as I was a full time student attending college a few hours away from my home town! I ultimately found a new GI doctor, but I will always appreciate Dr. Ayas' medical support and education when it came to questions, fears, new medication, etc. Additionally, the nurses were always easy to talk to and super nice! I think my only negative would be the occasional long wait; but I knew my appointment time months in advance so I wasn't in a rush to do other things and I understood it meant other people were getting the care they needed.”

“I have several doctors and Dr. Raam, is by far the best. She takes the time to listen to me and spends enough time with me as I don’t feel rushed out of the office. I’ve never had a problem with the office staff and my prescriptions are always refilled promptly when I notice they are coming up for expiration. It just takes one phone call to the office staff. My wife and I have both been seeing her for many years. Today I decided to write a review as she called me yesterday, Sunday with test results that were just updated to my MyChart on Saturday. How many doctors call you on a Sunday? This wasn’t the first time she called me on the weekend with results. Doctor Raam is the best of the best and treats me like family!”

“I'm posting this for my husband, Harold (Hal) Revoldt. His feet are EXTREMELY sensitive, causing him to avoid seeing a podiatrist for many years. Hal gladly reports that Dr. Carnaghi and her staff are gentle, patient, and his treatment is pain-free. I appreciate that the staff puts Hal's shoes and socks back on, because it's hard for him to do so himself. This may SEEM like a small thing... but to us, it is HUGE. “I have been going to Primary Eye Care since 1986. Way back then, Dr. Sanford was recommended to me by a coworker (I was new to the Troy area), and I’ve been going there ever since. My daughters received their eye care from Primary Eye Care since their very first eye exams. The doctors are all caring, kind, and friendly. Dr. Schultz is a wonderful addition to the practice and truly cares about the whole patient’s care and well-being. She even gave me advice on my elderly mother’s MD. Michelle, has helped me pick out glasses for 13 years. She knows exactly which pair will fit the shape of your face and will look best on you. I always love the glasses she helps me with, and I get tons of compliments. The office personnel has been extremely helpful with appointments and insurance coverage. Appointment times are convenient for people like myself who work full time-especially when my children were young. I am in and out of the office in no time when I have appointments. As I get older, I will continue to put my trust into the loyal staff at Primary Eye Care.
