“They Actually have a good bakery selection. They really need to not move items around. Recently they changed the entire store and it's difficult to find what you need quickly. They also added 4 prime parking spots for their online customers for pick up. Silly to take great parking Away for customers to just sit there and wait. Maybe they need to use the rear of the store. Be careful to not get run over by the giant cart that hurries around trying to fill orders.”

I apologized for arriving 30 minutes before closing time and explained I know nothing about ice skates, but I’d like to get some for recreational use. Nick immediately stepped out from behind the counter and walked me over to the display. He asked some questions, gave some product information , and did an analysis of my feet on the Bauer 3D Skate Lab. I was then given an explanation of the results and an offer to try on a couple pairs of skates. While Nick was lacing me up, he was explaining proper fit and features of both models. Once I made my selection the skates were baked, steels sharpened and installed, and details on store policy and product care were provided. Although my transaction wasn’t complete until after business hours, I was never made to feel rushed or pressured in any way. I left the store confident in my selection and look forward to trying out my skates.”

When you enter the business, you will immediately feel comfortable because they have created this welcoming atmosphere. You will receive a thorough examination with absolutely no feeling like you are being rushed. The owners will help you pick out glasses and again, take their time. At no point will you feel like you are being rushed to make a decision. But their service doesn't end there. You can call or go back at any time for help or service. I love this place so much that I drive from Orchard Lake for appointments or service. You will not regret your decision to walk into Golden Gate. This really is a GOLDEN nugget in their little strip mall in Troy.”

“Michigan X-Ray is the best X-ray supplier out there. I needed a circuit board replaced on our unit and I spoke with 3 other local companies(I am in SC). Two of them never got back to me and the third company sent me a part that didn't work. When I informed them the part they sent didn't work, they said well, that product is obsolete and that was the last one they had lying around. They then tried to sell me an entire new xray stand to solve the problem. I then decided to call Michigan X-ray and they sent me a brand new circuit board from the manufacturer immediately. I was able to swap it out and my x-ray unit now functions perfectly. They were extremely nice on the phone, fast service and got my machine up and running again. Thank you very much Michigan X-ray!”

“I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion!
