“On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day. Tim C Knoxville, TN”

“Loved my burger. I ordered a Cajun Chicken sandwich and waffle fries with Root beer float. The food tasted great. The restaurant is by the lake side so you can grab your food and sit by the lake to enjoy your meal. Food 10/10, Views 10/10. I’ll definitely be going back. I recommend the place. For a single Sandwich meal which comes with a side and drink it costs anywhere between 10$ to 20$x”

“I love this restaurant!! It seriously is one of my favorites. The patio area is my favorite place to sit, it’s always nice to enjoy and nice meal and drink while watching the sunset turn the sky pink and the lake lake looks even beautiful. Food is pretty good but the alcohol selection is even better. Got to recommend the Rum Bucket!”

“After 10 years having my Segway, the back battery died. It was purchased in downtown Chicago and I didn't want to bring it there for new batteries. After looking online, I found Great Lakes Segway and I couldn't be more happy that I did! Jody was so helpful and informative about all my questions. They shipped me 2 new batteries (which I put on by myself!) I received them in 2 days and they included all the return labels needed to ship back my old batteries, and Jody arranged for the pick up with UPS. It couldn't have been easier! I even got a $250 refund for the front battery because it was still good! I very highly recommend Great Lakes Segway for any of your Segway needs!! 10 stars!!”
