Great service department!
Very nice courteous staff.
They even gave me a loaner car for an unexpected repair and assured me my car would be ready by the end of the day! Wow, that's why I bought a Cadillac. What a great feeling being taken care of like I matter!

Having relocated to another state over a year ago, my husband and I returned to NJ to visit family. En route we had a dire incident with our vehicle.
We headed straight to McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge, NJ.
Even without an appointment, they took such good care of us and our vehicle and had us back on the road in a few hours.
My husband and I may have changed location but one thing that has not changed is the great work and customer service of the staff at McGuire Cadillac.
They have remained the same. For that we are so grateful.

My review is about service over the past 10 years. Bill is my service manager and he has been outstanding. I have high mileage leases averaging 25K per year and never had an issue with my vehicles. Was never over serviced or over billed. On rare occasions that I had to go somewhere else it was only to buy Tires. Buying tires here is expensive. Costco has much better deals on same Michelin Tires.
