There are many people willing to pull together and support each other as a family, or to pool their resources to get some renovations done as they are needed. Yet the church is also small enough that you feel like you belong after just one Sunday. There's opportunities to get involved and help out, and to just meet new people and interact. You can get in where you fit in. Or, where you don't and you'll know that someone will be happy to show you how anyway. If you're looking for a new home, not just a place to hide, and you're seeking a real, genuine, meaningful relationship with Jesus, this is the place to be. I love it.”

“This was my first time visiting this church. The services were outdoors and the pastors preached from the roof looking out to Scott lake road. This Pastor Rick had preached a powerful sermon to the people sitting in chairs in front lawn. Then they had a cookout and served lunch to the congregation along with games outdoors. I was impressed with the Pastors way to preach from on top of roof to reach all the people and to the surrounding houses and apartments. That was a really great way to reach the neighborhood. I would give him a 10 for that idea. The people were very friendly and open. The food was great, and the games were fun. Overall it's a very nice church. I will be going again.
