“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”

“In the past I'd rated this place one star and left a pretty harsh review but there's been some change in the staff and the experience has been phenomenal! I also have to admit having now went and dealt more thoroughly with this location in person, then a good portion of the things that I was displeased about in the past were really no one's fault but my own and nine times at a 10 it's not the people at the post office or even the post office itself fault. Before you get mad or upset with the postal service worker in the future please think first is there a very simple step I could have taken that would have prevented this entire scenario?? The answer is probably yes.”

“Was very helpful, my brother had a pair of hearing aids (Wendix Beyond) we could not get to pair with a bluetooth app. The technician that helped us tested out the hearing aids and was able to tell us after actually calling the company direct that the Android phones don't work well with the hearing aids that we should get iPhones 10 or better, he didn't charge us for his assistance. If I had a concern with any brand hearing aid, I need repairs, batteries,or parts I would definitely go back to them first, excellent experience!”
