“Was the fourth vet I called on a Saturday after my dog was bitten, they were the only ones that could see him. Extremely compassionate, straightforward and got my pup fixed up quickly, provided the meds too. I was a disaster when I showed up because I was so worried and frazzled by the dog attack, the vet tech gave me the biggest hug and it made all the difference. Only a few more days till he's out of the cone. We'll return!”

“The vets and staff at Union Lake Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. Dr. Hawker and Felicia are so helpful with behavioral issues and always so responsive with questions and concerns. I was able to get in quickly with an urgent care issue on the weekend and the care and concern of the staff during my dog’s spay and some issues with post-op meds was excellent. I truly feel that my treasured pup is in great hands. Thank you!”

“Thank you for your reply Dr. Dyer. It did help me understand things better. I have revised my review. The reminder and notification problem is understandable. The medication issue could have been a communication confusion/error with it being over the phone. I have used it on other dogs in the past. Was just unexpected at the time. Everyone in the office has always been kind, friendly, professional and accommodating to us and our animals over the past years. It was never anything against Dr. Richards. I like her especially after she did so much for our sweet boy who died of cancer a few years ago. Will definitely keep bringing our animals for care.”
