“My mom was at the rehab center 3 times and lived at the independent living for 2 years. The staff are excellent and the Catholic Mission is evident in all that is done on the campus. My Mom forged close bonds with Sr. Francis Mary and Sr Teresita and enjoyed the daily rosary and catholic mass several times a week. The staff at the rehab center were very focused on quality of life and my Mom was always respected. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms at the nursing home was private with private bath and shower. My Mom passed under hospice on the Lourdes campus and words cannot express the support my Mom and family felt as she transitioned from this world.”

“Thank you for your reply Dr. Dyer. It did help me understand things better. I have revised my review. The reminder and notification problem is understandable. The medication issue could have been a communication confusion/error with it being over the phone. I have used it on other dogs in the past. Was just unexpected at the time. Everyone in the office has always been kind, friendly, professional and accommodating to us and our animals over the past years. It was never anything against Dr. Richards. I like her especially after she did so much for our sweet boy who died of cancer a few years ago. Will definitely keep bringing our animals for care.”

“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”
