Busy, fast moving path. Lots of bikes, but ample warnings given when over taking. Dogs on leashes. Really nice scenery and pleasant walk overall. Would go again.

Crowds are not bad if you go early on the weekends or really on any week day. Beautiful place, very quiet and feels far away even though it's in the middle of the suburbs. Can be a challenging hike for a beginner but easy enough if you have any experience. Love to trail run here, but be wary if your clutzy its easy to get caught up in scenery and trip.
