“Great workout sessions everyday. They do not repeat exercises so you don’t get bored and your muscles don’t get used to doing same exercise everyday. Been working out here since a few weeks and I love it. Absolutely amazing coaches who makes sure you are doing the exercise in correct way so you don’t injure yourself. Kudos to all the coaches! “Love this place for my boys! Coaches are friendly, fun, and involved all the time. It’s a great place to burn energy. The obstacles are a great challenge for the kids. I love that the class is a short 35 minutes, not too long for my 1 year old and 3 year old. Also, the pricing is a great deal too.”
