Called in to find out about a minor repair. Pedro told me I could bring it in the next morning. I rode in just after opening, and within an hour I was back on the road home. And coffee to warm me back up! Thanks ya'll for the quick response time. 👍
So after one phone call I had to give these guys five stars because Ian in parts was AWESOME. Definitely will be an update to this review and most likely a purchase from this motorcycle dealer.
I happened to send an email inquiry at the right time. I was looking into an RS660 and was pretty serious about buying one. The next morning after sending my request I got a reply that I 'may be in luck' and to call and talk to Allison. I did and it turned out they had a few black ones that customers backed out of, so I drove up to sit on one.
I really wanted the lava red and she said they were getting one in the next week. I reserved the bike with ZERO money down... can't think of the last time I was able to do that. Next Saturday rolled around and I got the call that the bike was serviced and ready for pickup. about 4 hours later, I had my new 660 trailered back to my house.
The whole purchase took maybe 10 minutes. I wrote a personal check for the amount and no pushback at all from the dealership. Allison definitely knows that Aprilia brand.
I just took my bike in for the first 600 mile service. Price seemed fair for nowadays... motorcycle services have been pricey ever since I bought my first one in the mid 90's, but this was nothing out of line.
The service department got me in a little early and let me run my mouth with them for quite a bit. I got to watch a lot of the service as I chit chatted. The place really is laid back.
I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them for sales and service. I can't speak for detailed maintenance, but I liked what I saw... taking their time to service instead of cranking stuff out in speed fashion. The technician even did a test ride afterwards, like a proper tech should.
Bought a new RE INT650. Exceptional service. Bike looks well-cared-for and runs flawlessly. Allison, the saleswoman I worked with, went out of her way to expedite delivery of the bike as I couldn't make it down for pickup. Couldn't be happier with her fast and cheerful service. If you're looking for a RE dealer in Michigan, look no further.
