Hot Tubs Plus

Ordered a hot tub cover through Hot Tubs Plus and they were helpful. Despite having issues with receiving it on time, they did everything they could to have the company ship the cover out on time. Even with the delays, they were the only hot tub store within 50 miles able to get me a hot tub cover with 3 months versus the approximated 9-12 month wait at other stores. They took care of me and will definitely be returning for future hot tub needs.

I would highly recommend Hot Tubs Plus to anyone looking for a hot tub, chemicals, parts or just information. I've had bad experiences in the past with hot tub and spa stores in the area and this place is like a breathe of fresh air. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, I went in to ask a few questions and see if they had a part I needed. Charlie immediately knew what I was talking about and told how I could potentially fix my problem without buying anything and I could always stop in and ask anymore quyestions. This is a very honest company and will definately bring them my future business.
