Our server Matthew made some great recommendations and everything was prepared very well. Even the desserts while decadent, weren't overwhelmingly so and are scratch made. I met the great team at White Lake and got started at 234lbs. I had a tough first month even though I stuck to the program perfectly, l didn't lose and got really discouraged.
