“Short version - This place is excellent! Long version - I originally brought my car in to have the front windows tinted. I've had tint on all my prior cars and I know that the quality of the installation is extremely important. Motor City Autospa had the best reviews in the area, so I chose to go with them. Shortly after I picked up my car, I noticed a few very minor issues with the tint. The kind of thing that you would only notice by inspecting the car closely. I brought the car back in a few weeks later to have paint protection film applied to the front bumper, and gently mentioned the issues with the tint. When I came back to pick up the car, they had redone the tint and it looks perfect. I also met Julius, who installed the paint protection film on my car. As he was showing me the installation, it was clear that he had a lot of enthusiasm and passion for his work. The quality of the installation on the tint and the PPF were both top notch. All of my interactions with the various employees have been excellent, and inspire confidence in their work. The facility is large, clean, and organized. When I need services again in the future, I'll be coming back here.”

He verified that these parts were in stock when nobody else seemed to have them, helped ship these without ridiculous shipping costs, and ran around to made sure they shipped out with only a few minutes to spare before the next day air window was missed. “Nowadays, it's hard to find a decent place to get basic services done to your vehicle without the techs trying to up sell you on BS that you don't need. I was a bit skeptical at first, but this place is legit. The mechanics are knowledgeable and efficient at their job. They made me aware of some very minor things that needed attention on my vehicle (things that I can do myself) and did not pressure me to have them do it. It was quick and painless. And I even got a free car wash out of it. I can honestly say that this was probably the best oil change experience I've ever had. I will definitely be returning for another oil change in the future.”
