“Dr. Jeffrey Zaks is a wonderful, caring physician and deserves 5 Stars. The office staff is another story. I would rate the "office" with 1 star because of our experiences with them. IF you reach the "right" person, you can get the help that you need. If not, and you will never know until perhaps it becomes too late, your messages go unreturned, and you get sicker. This man has cared for my husband, and for my husband's parents. He is an excellent doctor, IF you can get through to him directly. He has trusted us with his cell number for when regular attempts to reach him are unsuccessful.”

“This review is actually a 1 star review. I had to post it as 5 stars because Dr. Cooke has a company called “4 MJ Social” to filter out bad reviews for reputation management. I feel it is important for whoever is reading this to know the truth about this "Doctor" before potentially making the worst mistake of their life. Although I wasn't a patient of Dr. Cooke's, I attended every appointment with my husband who was under his care. While Dr. Cooke appeared charming and persuasive, the experience took a drastic turn for the worse. Not only did he mishandle my husband's knee procedure, but he also provided misleading information about the expected outcome and conducted unauthorized actions during the surgery. A request for the surgery video, which could have aided in a second opinion, resulted in empty promises from Dr. Cooke. Even two years post-surgery, we're still struggling to obtain the footage. Regrettably, Dr. Cooke vanished after the surgery, leaving my husband's knee in shambles. Given this harrowing experience, I'd strongly advise others to steer clear of this "doctor" and seek alternatives. Another warning - I decided to put this review on Dr. Cooke’s Facebook page as well. It appears he has to reported and blocked me in order to get the review taken down. Beware.”
