“I went in to hime depot and like always I am scrambling to make sure I have everything, I ran into the store assistant manager (r. Mike) and he wanted me to sign up for a credit card. I told him that I was good without one and he asked me what all was in my cart and what it was for and I began to tell him, he then grabbed his phone and started to scan it and told me that one of the large items I had ordered were going to be taken off. I told him that these items were for a youth camp I was running and instead of hounding me to sign up for a credit card he ended up donating more money. Then at the register a man by the name of Rob, what an amazing guy to work with. Thank you for your support an willingness to give and not always take. The team there should definitely get rewarded for this a wonderful act of kindness and generosity.”

“I have always had good experiences when I go to my local Ace. Last week, however I had exceptional service that I had to stop and say something! I was in a pinch with a project and needed something that evening, something no one had. I called Ace and got Jackson, Jackson went above and beyond to try to help me! This is a newer product, he could have just said no, sorry I don't think we have that. But he didn't. He looked it up in his system, he asked other employees, he Googled it and went to several places in the store just to check if they had a version with a different name. I was so very impressed with the help I received from Jackson that I'm still thinking about it, a week later! Wonderful customer service Ace, thank you and thanks again Jackson!!!!”

“I bought blow-in instillation and machine rental was free. Check out was easy. The guys were friendly and helped load up the machine. Later I called because I needed extra hose and was told I could pick more up. I would have given it 5 stars until this point but when I showed up to get the hose, the guy at the pro desk acted like he didn't want to help. I'm a woman and he handed me a big garbage can with the house in it to carry. He was not about to help carry it until I set i started dragging the can behind me. So he lost a star. When I returned the machine Ken was very helpful as well as the person at the service desk. Overall I was satisfied.”
