Claude and Daniela truly care for each and every resident and their families. Covid made this last year a challenge but they did their best to keep us in touch with our loved one. “I am a first-time client at Team Rehab in Lake Orion. I'm recovering from Achilles surgery and did not know what to expect. The intake process was incredibly thorough and focused on my injury and needs and the therapist is skilled, intuitive and kind. I felt as if the treatment plan was designed just for me, not one they copy/pasted. The treatment is detailed, rigorous and creative (one exercise has me using my toes to pick up marbles. Its harder than you think!). I was worried about scheduling 3x/week but they made it an easy process and accommodated my schedule. I enjoy my PT visits and look forward to meeting my goals of wearing two shoes and walking one mile.”

“We recently had to put down our beloved 16 year old dog, Cooper, after a brief illness. This was a very difficult decision, but once made, OVRS was our choice. While not our regular veterinary practice, we have relied on them in the past for emergency care. Their staff was extremely sympathetic to our situation and since I called ahead they were ready for us. Upon arrival we were escorted to a room immediately so we didn’t have to wait in public. Once my dog was prepped, we were able to spend as much time as we needed. The nurses and physicians were kind, caring, empathetic, supportive, and professional. Dr Bula explained the process, and when it was time, she handled things perfectly. It was quick, painless, and we held him as he slipped away. We had done the paperwork and payment in advance (the pricing and fees/options were explained clearly) so when we were done we were able to leave though a back door. While this was one of the worst days of our lives, OVRS and their team really took care of us and our fur baby and we can’t thank them enough. If you need emergency/specialized/surgical/euthanasia care, I highly recommend them.”

“Disclaimer: I am the husband of the 1-star reviewer. That review is extremely aggressive and vindictive, and I wholeheartedly disagree with it. The poster doesn't realize that she was part of the problem. Dr. Kalt is a wonderful, professional therapist who worked with our son for almost 5 years. She is a very patient therapist and built a good relationship with our son, who has ADD and behavioral issues and had difficulty staying still during sessions. Dr. Kalt was very helpful communicating ways to help him, including outside group therapy sessions, ADD therapy, and such. Therapy can me a long, painstaking process, and it works differently for everyone. It's very important for parents to be involved in the process and work cooperatively with the therapist. I absolutely recommend Dr. Kalt as a fantastic therapist and ask anyone to take negative reviews with a grain of salt.”

I have experienced long wait times, but I just attribute that to the doctors taking time with each patient, accommodating emergency appointments, and the occasional late patient.”
