“I have been going to Dr. Payne for several years. He's very helpful and he has a good sense of humor. A few years ago I called him after hours because my daughter scratched her cornea. A kid at school shoved a lego in her eye and she had been crying for hours. He drove almost an hour to his office to treat her eye. He also didn't ding me for an expensive office visit because of it. This was such a great experience and I am thankful for Dr Payne, a doctor who cares about his patients and gives everyone the best care and customer service!”

“After an awful experience with another testing facility where the collector didn’t even wear gloves & the building’s community restroom smelled of a barnyard, I went to Any Test Now in Royal Oak. My appointment was prompt, I was there about 25 minutes total. They were courteous, very professional & very clean. The young lady wore gloves & a mask & gave clear instructions. While it may have cost more than the other place, the quality & security of the service I received was well worth it. Thank you!”

Although they wouldn't transfer the prescription without the doctor calling in a new script, once that was accomplished, they filled my medication really fast & mentioned they were preordering more to make sure I could refill when the time came. They also ran the medication which I've paid cash for the last 10 years through my insurance (even with me saying the insurance absolutely would not pay)... & low & behold... the insurance paid for it! Besides all that they were really friendly.”

“The office was phenomenal, very clean and Dr Dorman is amazing. I will say the receptionist were not as pleasant. I did not receive any information prior to my visit more than to confirm. They were not interested in helping when I arrived thinking my PCP had sent the referral and they hadn’t. They gave no options other than “we don’t have it.” They would have preferred me to leave as they were not assisting me to get what I needed. After I made some phone calls and my PCP jumped through some hoops and helped me to get it sent over I saw Dr. Dorman. After my appointment I needed to set up a surgery. Before I took the appointment I asked if I needed to have any restrictions after the procedure. One of them said no the other said yes. Knowing I had a vacation the next week I had to ask them to go ask the dr to see about any restrictions (they seemed frustrated by me asking that). All in all a great experience. Don’t want to rate the office or the drs less for their reception staff. I do think the people responsible for talking to all the people should be a little more caring and helpful.”

“Five out of five stars. I liked everything about this space. Dr. Mason has recovery on lockdown which is fantastic since it's attached to the gym. Great concept. He greeted me himself and went over everything they had. He was very informative about each modality and the benefits. I did cryotherapy for the first time and he walked me through each step. I'm not a fan of cold but it was kind of refreshing and I felt so alive afterwards. I wanted to do it to simulate my metabolism. He also recommended that the cold plunge pool. I need to work myself up to that. I would definitely go back.”
