Angel was super quick to respond and scheduled the work for the following week. He contacted us on Sunday to inform us of an opening for Monday morning if we preferred and we took it. He was fantastic with communication the entire way, from the arrival time of his workers, updates with pictures of the worksite during and after. “I lived at the Windsong apartments for a year and I loved it. The apartments are located in Pontiac which isn't the best area but with Oakland University down the road I felt a lot of the residents were students. I lived in a one bedroom apartment alone which was unrenovated to keep the price down. The apartment itself was okay, the kitchen is small and the dishwasher was older but it cleaned my dishes all the same. What made my living experience amazing was all of the staff. Kathy and Jillian were in the office and they were more then helpful anytime I needed anything. The maintenance staff made me feel safe in the complex because they were all so nice and friendly. The maintenance staff would answer any complaint I had within hours of my call. The grounds were always kept nice and snow was always plowed the day or night it snowed. When I moved out of the apartment Kathy and Jillian made it so easy. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill so I didn't have to worry about doing it and they mailed me the rest of the check to my new address within less than a month. The staff also left me balloons on my door for my birthday and always had fun things to do in the complex to bring the community together. Kathy and Jillian truly care about everyone in the complex and go above and beyond to make it a good place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I knew.”

“We had shelving installed in our attic. Pro Plus Services sent a very knowledgeable carpenter who was able to comply with our many requests. They left plenty of space under the lowest shelf for the new insulation to be added and gave us more shelving space than we knew could be accommodated. Our basement is now empty! ...and now ready to be finished, which I'll likely ask Pro Plus Services to do for us. The shelving were very professionally assembled and installed in a timely manner. Our only concession we had to make (willingly and understandably) was the early working hours to accommodate the unworkable temperatures that developed in the attic over the course of the day. Being a relatively handy individual myself, I didn't want to do the project myself because of the number of trips up and down the 2 flights of stairs, the brutally hot temperatures in the attic, and the cramped working spaces where some of the shelving was installed but Pro Plus Services made the job look effortless and easy. They completed the job in 2 half-days when it would have taken me at least a week to a lessor quality. I've since asked for their help with other projects around the house and also recommended them to our neighbors for challenging/undesirable projects that they have had done as well.”
