“I purchased a new kitchen faucet and needed it installed. I called a different plumbing company in the Rochester area and they said the earliest they can come out was 3 weeks. Then I called Carters on Friday and they said they can install it on Monday (3 days later). Carters sent me a text message the day before the appointment letting me know the plumber would be at our house between 12pm and 5pm. The day of the appointment, Carters called me and said the plumber is on the way. Communication was excellent with this company. Derrick showed up and was starting to pick up the Amazon boxes that happened to be on my porch and bring them inside, totally nice guy. He was very professional and provided the estimate before doing anything and my wife signed and said she was OK with the price. I see some reviews saying Carter’s charges too much, once you receive the estimate, you are free to make a decision to have them do the work for the price quoted or tell them no thanks. The install was great and he cleaned up everything and left. I will use Carter’s again. We didn’t have any issues with the company or Derrick. No need for a picture, everyone knows what a kitchen faucet looks like…”

“Nothing less than 5 stars for Joe at Royal Oak Plumbing. I called two companies in the Beverly Hills area to take care of a toilet issue and a slow draining sink. The larger company was scheduling a week out, Royal Oak plumbing had me on the schedule the next day and called me a few hours later with availability same day. He fixed the sink that another plumber had struggled with and took care of the toilet quickly. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend.”

“My water heater stopped working and I found Jim Olson Plumbing as he was local to me. Being a computer geek, I was sure that my water heater had just died and needed to be replaced, an expense that I was not really ready for. I contacted Jim, he was very pleasant on the phone and set an appointment. He came over right on time and I showed him down stairs to the basement. I always like to hang around and watch stuff like that.. neat to learn. He spent about 15 minutes trouble shooting my heater and determined that my burner unit just need to be cleaned. So after about an hour total, what I thought was going to be a total replacement, was just a simple maintenance call. He had my water heated fixed, cleaned up after himself and I had hot water. I found Jim Olson to be very professional in both his work ethic and demeanor. He could have very easily said I needed a new water heater and I would not have know the wiser.
