Brookdale W Eisenhower really does give exceptional care! They treat and care for the residents as if they were their own family members! I have had multiple family members and family friends in Brookdale and I will continue to bring family members to this facility!! I as well, feel that the people that work at Brookdale are my family. I am blessed to have them caring for my family. I couldn't ask for more. Every single employee brings something special to the facility and cannot express how much I appreciate them!!

Brookdale West Eisenhower is a wonderful community! From administration to floor staff to housekeeping, you can tell that the staff there truly care about their residents and their well being. They have an outstanding activities team that engage and enrich the residents lives, top notch food and a beautiful setting. A great place to be!

Brookdale W. Eisenhower offers more than just a place to put your loved one. They offer a modern facility staffed with the most amazing employees. These employees go that extra mile to assure their residents get top notch care. They treat them as if they are their own loved one. They are involved more than it just being a "job". They are there because they want to give the best help they can to assure the health and safety of your loved one. I always enjoyed my visits with my loved one, there was always an activity going on. From crafts, games, exercising, special treats for birthdays or anniversaries. The involvement of family is what gives one peace of mind. Celebrating holidays with residents family members gives a bigger sense of what family is to Brookdale W. Eisenhower. Thank you to the staff who took care of my loved one and gave her the ability to live the last years of her life the best she could have.

I recently had the opportunity to bring the Brightstar care service dog, Athena to visit with residents at this facility. I want to thank Kate Lake and the entire staff of Brookdale Eisenhower for offering such an engaging opportunity for their residents and for us! I found the staff to be very engaged with the residents and they took their time to meet each one where they were at that moment. It was so touching to see them slow down and not rush as they interacted. So often in today’s crazy times we seem to forget the most important parts of basic human interaction. That was not the case as I observed the staff caring for and about the residents at Brookdale Eisenhower. If you are looking for a new place for a loved one with memory care issues I honestly cannot recommend this facility high enough ! Five stars all around!

The relationships I have made with the people that work at Brookdale, it’s priceless! They genuinely care about the residents. I am given appropriate updates on medical needs, daily needs, hygiene, needing more clothing, toiletries or new shoes. With a splash of, “how’s your day going?”
They all deserve high praise! What they do, caring for people that need a lot of attention, they are rock stars in my book! If you have spent any respectable amount of time around a person (no less multiple people) with dementia, this is not for the faint of heart people! It’s serious work - patience, kindness, strength, and love. They find humor where it needs to be and should be!

I was blessed to come across this small community and fortunate enough that when I needed to, was able to get 3 different family members (at different times) a room at Brookdale. I have referred and recommended Brookdale to friends for their family members.

They offer daily activities with music, games, karaoke, movies, guests that bring in a specific instrument and sing, and more. They have outings to book stores, libraries, lunch or dinner. The residents can participate or not. Plenty of options.

Thank you Brookdale, from the bottom of my heart for caring for my family members and for me! I am grateful every day for the incredible care you give to my family!
