I rented in one of their buildings (829 Tappan) for the past year and had a great experience! Any maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours and were always satisfactory. Residents were always notified when there were any issues (like water being turned off for repair). The rent was extremely reasonable for a great location and large floor plans! Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind!
The apartments are well kept, and maintenance is very timely. When I first moved in, I requested maintenance on some things that were not in their best shape, and they immediately fixed them! Throughout the year, when something is being fixed or turned off, they notify everybody that water or something like that is off. They have really great communication, with timely response.
I rented from MCR for a year and never had any issues. They were extremely prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Would recommend this company to anyone renting in Ann Arbor!
I have been renting from MCR for the past three years and had a great experience overall. Jim, Claire, and the rest of the management team are always professional and quick to respond to my needs, maintenance or otherwise. Rent is fair and renewal is easy. Building upkeep (e.g. light bulb changeout, snow removal) is always timely.
I spent two years renting from MCR, the staff were easy to communicate with and worked with you. The locations are great, and the maintenance requests were always quickly taken care of. Would recommend.
