“Roof Advance was available soon after we found a hole in the shingles and called around. Found them on the Better Business Bureau's web site and could not be happier with our experience with Dominic, Mario, the mason, and the whole Roof Advance team. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof, measured, and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online. Highly recommended!”

“This is a gem of a Mexican restaurant a bit hidden near the corner of Packard and Carpenter road (you can't turn left into it directly when heading south on Carpenter). The menu options are great, the flavors are good (your family from Texas and Oklahoma will say it's okay), the service is prompt and friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable with good portions. Plenty of room to dine in (we had some nostalgia as it was clearly a Pizza Hut in its former life) and your craving for this cuisine will be satisfied when you leave.”

Maintenance team does a great job. The issues that came up were resolved ASAP. The area is also very nice with all the shopping and parks nearby. “I moved here about a month ago now and so far, I'm completely blown away. My new apartment/condo/home is gorgeous! I love every corner of my unit. The pool just opened and I spent a couple hours there on the holiday and it was a absolute treat. The grounds are so pretty to stroll around. There's water features and nature . The few people I have encountered have all been sweet too. I find myself having to pinch myself that I'm calling this home. Oh, and did I mention you get an attached garage with your unit too? And the leasing office has the most helpful and nice crew. James was so patient with me during my signing process and Jay is the nicest and most respectful maintenance man I've ever had the pleasure of maintaining my apartment. I hate calling this an apartment because it's not like any other apartment I have rented. It's a great property. If you are looking, don't hesitate to check out Rosewood!”

It was clean, well lit with background Mexican flavor music. The food was excellent and portions were ample. We order the 3 taco dinner which came with rice and beans and the combo meal. Sams is conveniently located right off US 23 at Mich Ave. The only issue is that traffic is awful in that area, but soon to be resolved with new entrance and exit ramps at US 23. The line at the pumps is often long, but it does move at a nice, orderly pace.”
