“I would rate Genson's 10 stars if possible! I have used Genson's twice now and have been extremely satisfied every time. Pricing is extremely fair, they're always pleasant to work with and have been available for two urgent/emergency repairs! My water heater started slowly leaking on Sunday and became an emergency situation Monday morning. I called Genson's on Monday at 7:15 am and they had a tech out with a warranty replacement at 10am the same day. I couldn't believe it. Beyond amazed at the response time and stellar service.
