The lady that works here is pretty awesome! She is knowledgeable, friendly, gives you all possible options so you know what you're getting. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her even more kudos!! Great place to have in town.

This is by far the best location I have visited. The staff is friendly and handles a crowd very smooth and calm. They do the best they can to service each person with out making them feel rushed. I went in to change from AT&T to Sprint. The man who helped me, I believe his name was Ralph, was very pleasant and shared many tips and helped me pick out a good phone case. Of course like any retail store they try to up-sell but they were not forceful, which made me actually buy even more. I would recommend anyone to come to this location no matter the reason for the visit. They even helped me by putting on my screen protector and walked me through a computer sync. “I'm not just the president of Alpha Wireless, I'm also a client!”
