Sapphire Therapeutic Spa

Went today for the first time and had an excellent experience. The place is immaculate clean in a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are very pleasant and accommodating making sure I was comfortable during my appointment. My therapist was the owner himself (Ramin), I can not say enough good things about his skills. Besides doing an excellent job he also was very comforting during my 90 minute massage and took the time to explain in detail everything that he was trying to accomplish while he was working with me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will recommend Sapphire Spa to all my friends.!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a group of 4 and the staff and accommodations were nothing short of AMAZING! The owner and Crystal deserve 5 stars for their customer service and willingness to move things around for us to give us everything we wanted.

absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had. First time doing anything really like this and everyone there was so kind and patient with my questions. Emily was amazing and I had a amazing body scrub and even better facial. Actually took time to ask questions about my routine and skin and totally customized it for what I needed that day. Seriously amazing place, I recommend anytime you're in Ann Arbor and need a great spa.

As described, a hidden gem in Ann Arbor! I received a general spa gift card that Sapphire accepted, and decided to give them a shot. I was very pleased ! The entire place has a very nice calming atmosphere and all of the staff are kind and patient. I am a highly anxious person and I felt comfortable at Sapphire. I loved my esthetician, Krystil. She made my skin problems feel so seen and addressed and it was my favorite part of my time there. Missy was also great for nails ! My massage was also so cozy and relaxing. I’d love to come back !

Sapphire Spa is awesome! Came here many years ago and finally made it back today. Not sure what took me so long! The spa is clean and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Grace was my massage therapist, and she was amazing! She is very sweet and professional, totally worked my tense neck and shoulders and got me to relax. I’m so thankful for her skills, and she even offered me some recommendations on how to relax at home. 100% love this spa, and 100% will be back! Truly a hidden gem, thank you!
