“I had the most wonderful class with Amanda. She is attentive and tuned into the class, loving, energizing and calming, clear, and effective. It is clear she has been classically trained in the Original Hot Bikram Yoga lineage and has deep and long-term faith in this yoga method. Class was pure, beyond therapeutic, transformational, medicinal, loving, detailed, clear, positive, strengthening, professionally instructed, and joyous. It is rare and difficult to find a true yoga school these days - one that is committed to the principles of stillness, standard sequence, normal breathing, discipline, faith, teachers teaching (i.e. not practicing along with students), and a focus on the spine and nervous system. It is really a miracle that the bikram / original Hot Yoga method persists in the yoga "market" with all the yoga-fitness options out there! It is a huge testament to the method and to the old-school bikram-trained teachers like Jozlyn that this school is here. I am so grateful. Definitely try at least ten classes within a month as a new student. The only way to avoid the healing power of this class is to not show up!”

“Great family friendly club with many outings for workouts. Some areas are a little more private in case you don't want to be in the open floor area. Outdoor and indoor pools are great for lap swim (outdoor for general swim too). At this time, reservations for lap swim are still needed (I believe early morning open lane option though). The lagoon is nice for younger kids. There is a wide variety of swim and tennis lesson options plus camps. The lobby area is great for eating or a little remote work before/ after your workout.”

“I cannot say enough good things! To start, Kat is fantastic, helpful, and always super positive! She legit cares about you as a person and is always asking what else she can do to improve our experience. The fact that HotWorx is open 24 hours helps my very chaotic schedule. The facility is always clean and shows people care about this place. On a personal level, this program has helped my back and hips heal in a way I can't describe. I had a running injury from years ago that I never took care of. Chiropractors and massages were not working. The yoga and sauna has helped me get back into consistent running again.”
