Jack Spack Septic

I recently had Jack Spack Septic out to service my septic tank.
All of my communications were professional and I was informed of my service date and they let me know when the truck would be arriving at my house. Jeff (their serviceman) emptied my 1500 gallon tank efficiently and was knowledgeable about septic tanks and systems. He was able to answer my questions and explained
the condition of my tank and that it was in good shape.
Jeff took pictures of my tank's risers to add to my file - it's so much easier if you know where to dig.
I felt that Jack Spack Septic gave me great service at a good price.
I would recommend Jack Spack Septic if you need your septic tank serviced.

We had a great overall experience. I called to schedule a routine septic tank pump on a Monday and they got out to us by Thursday of the same week. The representative on the phone was responsive in getting us booked. The service man who came out was extremely friendly and did a great job putting back the sod when he left and taking care of the area around our tank.

We have used Jack Spack for over 25 years. They keep good records on my septic system. They came out to pump my tanks. Rob was nice and efficient. Thank you for your hard work.

If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would!! The customer service exceeded my expectations. From making my emergency appointment with Patrick that fit me in the schedule same-day. To next, Rob, who showed up and was just an amazing guy! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and handled my 1 million questions very well. He is a true gem for the company and so glad this was the person that showed up for my job. Lastly, Dave, who installed my risers for my septic caps. He was so polite, thorough and filled in the area to allow proper run-off and easy upkeep. All of my experiences with the staff was A++++ service. Thank you all

We have had a great experience with Jack Spack Septic. It was easy to set up an appointment to have our tank pumped, and the gentleman that conducted the service was courteous, prompt and able to assist us with plans for a new riser. Excellent company.
