I feel the need to change it because it was not the shipping companies fault that my appliances came damaged as a matter of fact they did everything they could in their ability to help me with the company that I purchased the appliances from. Once I got the order to be able to return the appliances are an owl showed up at my house the very next day and return them to the company quickly thank you R + L for all your help
