We moved her eight months ago to Huron Woods and the improvement has been phenomenal. While it is not the newest or prettiest facility you may find in the area, the level of care is the BEST and the staff are terrific. Under the care of the visiting physician, my mom has gone from being in a bed 90% of the day and night, in severe pain, unable to eat half the time, and barely communicative, to now only in her room to sleep at night, no pain, able to express her emotions and preferences, and participating in activities like art and exercise.
