“Recently had a side collision, needed two doors and mirror replaced. I first contacted a few of the corporate chain type collision centers and had to wait a week to make an appointment for them to consider an estimate. From there, it would take 60 to 90 days before they could commence work. I then called Ann Arbor Auto Body. A total of only 10 days elapsed between the first phone call and the completion of the actual work. The price seemed reasonable compared to what was estimated elsewhere, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Give these guys a shot next time you get in a jam!”

“i went to get a radio that i got from walmart installed. the radio didnt have output audio. the guy that was working on my car called me and updated me on what was going on. he was good at what he did. he recommended a radio and told me how much. did an amazing job installing it and even show me how to set up bluetooth connection on it. would recommend anyone to this place. even told me my back speakers would need replaced soon. i will probably be back to get the speakers done soon.”

I came to this location during my lunch hour since I needed an oil change before the weekend and couldn't get an appointment at my dealership without taking time off of work. I was helped by a young man (I believe his name was Gavin) and he was great. He answered any questions I had since it was my first time getting an oil change outside of my dealership, made sure that he showed me a new unopened bottle of oil to prove it wasn't tampered with or refilled, and pointed out an air filter that needed to be changed as well. I appreciate his help and service, and he had it all done in a timely manner.”

“So glad I was highly recommended from a family friend.. This place is also a very family friendly oriented business. Now there is a lot of auto shop repair places out there and they do make you feel like just the number, but this place did not! They sat down with me took the time explained everything to me and even showed me what they repaired. I've never been able to see the damage parts before and after. That was a nice added touch. I came in needed to replace catalytic converters and they found something else that was going on so I am grateful this repair was done right and won't have to worry about any future damage. They also change oil and do routine maintenance to vehicles so it looks like I'm no longer going to be going to the dealership for those types of services I'll be coming right back here to Felipe's.
