Bill was very communicative about the process and even scheduled around the unpredictable Michigan spring weather to get this done, which meant he and his team worked from late afternoon into the night to get what needed to get done on time for the sale of the home. He provided options and upfront pricing to fix the issues from a full dismantling of upper chimney and rebuilding to patching and repairing all noticeable defects he observed during his inspection. I choose to patch, repair and paint. So his team came out and provided an inspection, interior and exterior cleaning, brick patching, tucking the joints, brick painting, repairing and extending the liner and putting on a cap. It turned out great and I'm very appreciative of him and the clear communication. Also took PayPal which made paying him super easy. I included some before and after photos to show the great work. I would highly recommend. I also learned he has an insane amount of knowledge of brick and concrete and learned some tips and tricks for my own projects with concrete that were not related to the current job.
