Golden Motor is dedicated in providing exellent customer service. The quality of customer service did not drop 1% after my CYC X1 Pro Gen3 mid drive purchase. Golden Motor has supported me numerous times with warrantied items.

I bought a Cyc Photon and a 52v battery from Golden Motor. The products have been good, and their support has been responsive and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone buying DIY ebike parts.

Incredible company. My bike needed firmware flashed for the motor controller and they supplied exactly what I needed and also a tutorial on how to do it. Incredibly fast support response time as well.

Golden Motor is a dramatic contrast of rating for me, this is a little hard, CUZ, On one end of the spectrum I've gotten amazing results from them and on the other almost more frequent goofy or maybe amateur goofups! Maybe I'm BiPolar!! I am very grateful to have started out with a top kit $1339 from Golden Motor, and then having a couple difficulties, having to send back twice, but they're trying for sure, it is clear they are trying, They're builds, videos, and helpfulness is top, and pricing is right in line, in my opinion . Now in a short time I have 4 E assisted cycles, and have to give GM credit for getting me going and giving continued support. So there it is, wish I could meet the whole crew. These guys have a very good product that is easy to install and Abbas is very easy to deal with. He is friendly and very knowledgeable concerning his products and installation. I would not hesitate to deal with him and Golden Motor in the future and I am very happy I found them. I had a VERY positive experience.
