We brought our laptop in to be repaired. As it turned out, it was a simple fix, done expeditiously, and no charge. We have brought our i phones here with top service at great prices! Great customer service, here!!

Edit (2/15/2024): After learning about the mistake, the owner reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding and refund the $75 difference in price. Very responsive and have had no issues with the repaired device.
If you call in, make sure to get written documentation of the price they give you on the phone! When I called, I was told that the repair for my macbook would cost $125. Another repair shop told me they could repair it for $135. Since they offered the repair at a lower price, I took my computer to Experimax Canton, but when I picked it up I was stunned to find out that the price was suddenly $200. After asking about the price, the owner(?) manager(?) said they were onboarding some new employees and explained that I was just given the wrong price, and without pricing provided over text or email, they wouldn't do anything.
At no point in the repair process was I informed of the change in pricing or misquote over the phone. This is despite the fact that I was told that they would call me at every step of the repair to keep me informed of what was going on before they proceeded with any work.
Due to their short staffing, the repair also took longer than I was told when I dropped the device off, which is understandable, but I had to call repeatedly to get that information.
