Sam's Club

On 2023-08-18 took our vehicle in for a tire rotation. Was informed they could not rotate the treads were below 4/32 ( in the yellow) headed home, pulled the paper work on the tires, called the tire manufacturer where a case was open for mileage warranty.
Back to Sam’s club where Chris in the Tire center verified that the treads were low, called the manufacturer for the we opened and was going to give us a great price on the new tires, but there was an issue. What we were looking for was out of stock and they did not know when they would come in.

All in all it was a great experience. Chris did a fantastic job.

We did find the tires a another business location that was almost the same price.

Madi is an asset to your company she was so helpful loading 2 rugs into my truck because I had surgery. She went above and beyond by loading the 2 additional items I had AND returned my cart. I tried offering her a tip and she was honest and informed me they aren’t able to accept tips. She is friendly and has excellent customer service skills she needs to be recognized 😊😊

I have been calling since 7:50 pm finally got someone to answer at 8:25 and a manager as she stated she was answered very extremely rudely and angry. I mentioned I only had a question I'd been calling for a bit and wondered if she could answer my question. She snapped at me stated they are CLOSED and hung up on me. I will be going in tomorrow inquiring on said "manager" and her customer service skills. I spend hundreds at sams club weekly for my business and her attitude was extremely uncalled for. I get it your closed kindly say please call tomorrow when we are open, OK what's your question, multiple better options were available! To say disappointment is an understatement! Do better sams club!
