Had my car towed through my insurance company. Mel's got to me in less than 45 min (insurance company said 2-2 1/2 hrs. The tow truck operator was very professional and courteous. Very safety conscious during the 30 min ride to the dealership.

Excellent service. I got a flat tire and needed a tow. I was recommended Mel’s auto by a friend. I was told they were about an hour or so out. They ended up getting to me within 45mins! && The Tow truck driver Jeff, was so pleasant to ride with) I’m so thankful that it was a smooth, easy experience. Thank you!!
