I’ve always trusted old brick. Good variety, good prices, good service. Barbara helped us at the Albany location and she was absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of attentive—she seemed to show up right when we needed her But gave us space and time to look around and make our decision. She is so kind and knowledgeable and made everything so easy. I’ve been a service supervisor and I’ve been in many different types of service positions and she shined in every possible way. Please make sure Barbara knows how fantastic she is because she is not someone you want to lose! Thanks again Barbara!

A wonderful shopping experience! Excellent service and assistance without any pressure. All the sales associates are so nice and helpful but are also able to sense when we want to just browse on our own. The selection is excellent as is the quality, and the prices are great. Our salesperson, Barbara, was a pleasure to work with and helped us make a great choice. We are very happy with our experience at Old Brick.
