“I want to say my experience was great !!! My insurance selected this company to tow my vehicle after the first company had me waiting for two hours. I called my insurance company back and they got Mel’s Auto to tow my truck . I next received a call from tow truck driver Chris who was very professional and told me he would be there in 17 minutes. He arrived as stated and got me to the tire shop fast. Once we got to the shop and my truck was released off of the tow truck . I open my truck door to pull in the tire shop and my driver door fell off . Tow truck driver Chris jumps into action with assisting me to reattach my door and then explains to me what I need to do to fix the problem. I want to make this clear everyone that maybe reading this . This was not Mel’s Auto Or Chris faults it’s a 97 Chevy obs very old truck. I want to say to Chris thank you for being such a great professional and caring person. You don’t find employees that go the extra mile for customers .
