(October 22, 2022, 4:04 pm)I had the most positive experience since dealing with AT&T, which has been many years of interactions. Liz at the store located at 47188 Michigan Avenue Canton, Mi. Is an exceptional example of what defines Outstanding Customer Service. She provided solutions to issues concerning transfer of emails that your other store in Canton could not provide. I was directed to visit the Xfinity Store. They were clueless; after approximately 16 minutes, they referred me to an Apple Store, the closest location was 20 miles away. Liz was so efficient during an earlier visit concerning AT&T issues, we stopped back into the office. Within 5 minutes she resolved a Comcast/Xfinity problem. She is a real treasure.
(August 5, 2022, 1:31 pm)Elizabeth was awesome! I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. Sure beats xfinity hands down. When Archie A came out to do my installation he was early and professional friendly made sure I could work everything before he left. I give him 10 stars!!!!
(July 23, 2022, 3:51 pm)The store only had one salesperson when I entered which was with another customer that seemed to be wrapping up the sale, Within minutes another salesperson, Chris (female) hope I’m recalling her name correctly, entered the store, quickly put her things away and asked if she could help. She was attentive and helped compare some of the specs and price differences. Once I made a decision she completely set up my phone, including making sure the transfer of phones old to new was fully complete without any flaws, also added and set up some accessories with me while I waited. The only reason 4* instead of 5* I went in to upgrade my phone and home internet, phone 👍 home internet service 👎🚫No service available in my area?

(April 10, 2022, 9:52 pm)Phenomenal service at this ATT store in Canton on Michigan Ave. Liz went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that other stores were not able to resolve. Exceptional service over the phone, inside the store, and curbside. Liz really saved the day. Thanks again. I highly recommend this store.
(March 5, 2022, 11:49 am)Best store ever!!!!! My daughter went to a different at&t store a few days ago and they gave her a major run around. After stopping at this store we were completely amazed. They updated our phones and made the process so easy. They were able to do everything the other store said they could not do. Make sure you ask for Liz or Dominique. Thay are wonderful and take the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend this AT&T store.
