Trinity Health Probility Physical Therapy - Canton Lilley

Probility on Lilley in Canton was amazing. My PT and Clinic Director Kelly was incredibly skilled, compassionate, thorough, and helpful. When I came in, I could barely walk. I am leaving walking normally and am back to work, to driving, and to my normal life! On the few occasions, I couldn’t see Kelly, the other PTs were wonderful. I worked with so many talented PTAs, who patiently guided me through the rehab exercises and were constantly checking in with me to make sure that I was getting the maximum benefit and offering me rest when needed. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming and so efficient when I needed to change appointments. The facilities are clean, bright, warm, and welcoming. The equipment is well maintained, clean, and there is a huge variety to enable the team to use everything possible to help their clients. Would recommend highly! What a great place with even better people!

Uplifting atmosphere, very friendly staff, and therapy that actually helps. I had no idea what to expect coming in but the staff I worked with were very professional and helped me learn what to do. Highly recommend!

I saw Tessa for PT when I was experiencing pain, low mobility, and tons of personal frustration. Tessa is amazing! She works on everything from the acute issue to long-term maintenance that I'm able to continue now, months after completing treatment with her. I've maintained our progress and I'm working on new personal goals that she helped me set.

The rest of the staff is amazing. From Katie at the front desk, always so kind and personable (even at 7am, which I can't always say about myself) to Jen and Christine, the PT Assistants working Tessa's cases, everyone seemed to actually like their jobs and be happy to come to work every day. They cared about my medical progress, but also me as a person. I cannot recommend this place enough! I'm so, so happy my Dr sent me to this location.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, not to mention they are very knowledgeable of their profession.
