I’ve had physical therapy a few times throughout the years for multiple things. This year, more than usual. The office staff is fast, thoughtful and efficient. Appointments are on time and they work with you when cancelling or rescheduling without a problem. Sash, the physical therapist is the best! Throughout your therapy he ensures you’re comfortable and continually gives the best care! I suggest if anybody wants to feel at home and comfortable knowing that a company cares about you and your care, go here! In the medical industry these days it’s the goal to get people in and out without much care if it’s done correctly or efficiently.. They care! I give 100 stars!

I started going to TheraCare in late 2017 for vertigo. I was so happy that when I injured my arm, then my knee I came back when the doctor prescribed PT. After a total of 65 visits in the last 2 years, I'm still very pleased. Over the years I've been to a few places for PT & this is by far the best I've ever encountered. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the facility is always clean, & they always respect your input. I can tell you now, most of the places I've been to have not met the same criteria AT ALL.

On January 12th I wasn't feeling good, dizzy, weak and an upset stomach. I live in an assistance home. I asked the aid to help me go to my apartment. When we got to the lobby I fell down and they sent me to the hospital where they said I had Vertigo.

I followed up with my ear doctor and he sent me to TheraCare Therapy. I was very happy with the staff and therapist. Sash the therapist is very professional and took his time to explain everything to me. He made me feel very comfortable whenever I got real dizzy he had me rest until I felt better. He was always very concerned on how I was doing.

He never rushed me and was constantly watching and asking me how I was doing. I liked how he was explaining everything to me. I also like the exercises he gave me to do at home.

The staff was wonderful to work with making my appointments as they had to work around my very active lifestyle and a nice welcome when I would enter the facility and good byes as I left.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I'm going to miss going when I get better. If I would need more therapy I will go back to TheraCare.

I'm currently approaching the close of a long bout of vestibular dysfunction and my therapy here has been invaluable. I can't speak on any other therapist here, but Sash rocks! He has been such an amazing source of information that I have learned more about my condition and how to improve it (as well as how to deal with it while I'm waiting to feel better) from him than the really great doctors that I have been to.

I have been dealing with this issue - too dizzy to work, drive cook, etc. - since November of 2015. I was starting to wonder if I would never get better. Coming to TheraCare was the first time in months that I began to think that there was actual hope that I would get better. Sash's pitch-perfect balance between helping you push yourself while making sure that you're safe has been more helpful than months and months of doctors, tests, medicine and maneuvers. Now, after a couple of months of hard work with Sash, I'm just about ready to be released to ease back into work!

I can't speak for anyone else, but I have never had a problem with being treated unprofessionally and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. My therapist was constantly cleaning and changing linens after each patient, so I never worried about anything like that. The office manager was also very helpful with scheduling and obtaining insurance information.
