(October 16, 2021, 11:40 pm)I visited the Rosewood locate about 3 weeks ago and they were not able to fix my phone. I decided to take it to the Smithfield store. That was the best decision I could make. The young lady that assisted me just reset my phone and I was able to receive incoming and outgoing calls.

He made sure I understood everything about the phone and was super sweet during the transfer of phones. My phone had A LOT of pictures that slowed down the transfer but he was so kind even though it took forever.
